As a part of the Park Trail Campaign for Adidas x Ivy Park, I had the incredible opportunity to play a crucial role in the project management process from inception to completion. From the very beginning, I was involved in the design process, working closely with the talented team of designers to bring the vision to life.
Overseeing the designers throughout the entire journey, I ensured that their creative ideas were translated into actionable plans. Collaborating closely with developers, I diligently monitored progress and ensured that deadlines were met, guaranteeing a smooth transition from design to production.
One of my key responsibilities was managing the sample team, meticulously inspecting each sample for accuracy in terms of sizing, color, and other specifications. It was essential to maintain a high level of quality and consistency throughout the samples. Additionally, I played a vital role in coordinating the timely delivery of samples to the photoshoot location, ensuring they were ready for models, talent, and, of course, the incomparable Beyoncé.
